Introduction
REFApps ("we", "us") operates Batter (com.appstore.appbatter1). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We do not require an account. Classic recipes, cook progress, timers, and recipes you add are stored on your device. If you paste a recipe or send a photo of the pan, that text or photo is sent to our coach so it can be split into ingredients and steps. We do not use it for advertising or tracking, and it is not linked to an identity. Voice answers use Apple speech recognition on the system; we do not receive the audio file. The camera and microphone are optional. Declining them does not block cooking a classic.
Analytics
Batter does not include Firebase, AdMob, or other analytics SDKs.
Advertising
Batter does not show ads and does not request the App Tracking Transparency identifier.
In-app purchases
Batter Pro is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription at $3.99, processed by Apple. It unlocks the dough bench, the sauce bench, and more than three saved recipes. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The product id is com.appstore.appbatter1.pro.monthly.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data retention & deletion
Local app data is deleted when you uninstall the app. For analytics data, contact us to request deletion where applicable.
