Introduction
REFApps ("we", "us") operates FieldStart (com.appstore.fieldstart). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We do not require accounts. Job worksheets, nameplate photos, signatures, and PDFs you create are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store customer addresses, serial numbers, or report files.
Analytics
We may use privacy-focused analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics) to understand feature usage and crashes. This may include device type, app version, and coarse event counts. You can limit tracking via iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
Advertising
Free versions use Google AdMob. Banners may appear on the job list and Settings. An interstitial may appear after closing PDF preview (not on the commissioning form and not while the PDF is open). AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads per Google's policies. Purchase Unlock Pro to remove ads and unlock unlimited branded PDF shares. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchase status only, not payment card details.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data retention & deletion
Local app data is deleted when you uninstall the app. For analytics data, contact us to request deletion where applicable.
