Does WellWash work in the background?: Yes. The timer continues with the screen locked via background audio, optional Live Activity on the Lock Screen, and local notifications at phase changes. Keep notifications enabled for the best experience.
Can I customize hot/cold durations?: Yes. Use Create Your Own to add hot and cold phases and set each duration. Built-in protocols (Wim Hof, Recovery, and more) are free. An optional one-time Pro unlock allows unlimited custom protocols and removes ads.
Is contrast shower safe for everyone?: Consult your doctor before contrast therapy, especially with cardiovascular conditions. This app is a timer tool, not medical advice.
