Introduction
REFApps ("we", "us") operates WellWash (com.appstore.contrastshowertimer). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
We do not require accounts. Custom shower protocols, audio preferences, and optional session history are stored locally on your device. We do not collect health or biometric data, and we do not operate servers that store your personal session data.
Analytics
We may use privacy-focused analytics (e.g. Firebase Analytics) to understand feature usage and crashes. This may include device type, app version, and coarse event counts. You can limit tracking via iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
Advertising
Free versions use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads per Google's policies. Ads are not shown during an active shower timer. Purchase the optional Pro unlock to remove ads and unlock unlimited custom protocols. See google.com/policies/privacy for AdMob details.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchase status only, not payment card details.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data retention & deletion
Local app data is deleted when you uninstall the app. For analytics data, contact us to request deletion where applicable.
